Question 1

What is PT. Think Era Labs and how is it legally structured?

Accepted Answer

PT. Think Era Labs is an Indonesian limited liability company (Perseroan Terbatas / PT) registered with the Ministry of Law and Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia (SK Kemenkumham RI). We operate as a software holding company and in-house consumer venture studio.

Question 2

How is a software holding & venture studio different from an IT agency or VC fund?

Accepted Answer

An IT agency builds software for external clients on a contract basis, and a traditional venture capital fund passively invests capital into external startups. PT. Think Era Labs does neither: we originate our own consumer software ideas internally, engineer the products with our own full-time team, finance them from our own balance sheet, and own and operate them for the long term.

Question 3

Does PT. Think Era Labs accept client outsourcing or custom software development projects?

Accepted Answer

No. PT. Think Era Labs builds and operates 100% proprietary in-house software products. Our engineering and design teams work exclusively on our own portfolio of consumer applications.
