1. Data Controller (Pengendali Data Pribadi)
PT. Think Era Labs ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), a limited liability company (Perseroan Terbatas) established under the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, acts as the Personal Data Controller for our corporate website and our portfolio of in-house consumer software applications.
2. Personal Data We Collect
Depending on which PT. Think Era Labs application or service you use, we collect only the minimum personal data necessary to operate the service: account credentials (such as name and email address), billing confirmation records processed through licensed payment gateways, and anonymized device telemetry required for software reliability and security.
3. Purpose of Processing & Legal Basis
In accordance with Law No. 27 of 2022 on Personal Data Protection (UU PDP), we process personal data strictly to deliver and maintain our consumer applications, authenticate user accounts, fulfill statutory obligations in Indonesia, and protect user security. We do not sell personal data to third-party data brokers.
4. Data Subject Rights (Hak Subjek Data Pribadi)
Under Indonesian law, you have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, as well as the right to withdraw consent. Requests may be submitted to our Data Protection Officer at corporate@thinkeralabs.com.
